Nothing but trouble from this company. Never get a straight answer. Continuous billing issues from the beginning. Improper billing and posting. Charging more than original agreement and approved Insurance. Tired of calling this company and them never fixing anything. I will never use this company again!! I will order supplies from someone else.

Terrible, Terrible service. Been waiting over 3 weeks to get a 4 wheel Walker from this company and I keep getting the run around about the documents they need. Which they’ve had for over a week now! And this is for a simple Walker I can’t imagine having to work with them for any type of life sustaining meds or equipment. Very disappointing.

Absolute horrible customer service. They don’t return phone calls and they act like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to do business with them. They don't even say hello when you walk in! Used equipment that they provide is very old and has been used many times by others. They say they gave me a new POC unit but no box. It is extremely light on features- 2 min warm up time, cannot use and charge simultaneously and no spare battery. However they graciously offered to sell me one for $400! Do yourself a favor and use a different provider!

Terrible service. Did not follow-up on what they say they would do. Never able to deliver proper equipment. Placed unauthorized charges to my credit card.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. These people have no business being in the healthcare industry. They have messed up their billing (billing my insurance company from one of their affiliates which is out of network instead from Rocky Mtn Medical). They were paid by my insurance company yet continue to try and collect from me. Muppets. How much time of mine have they wasted? Hours and hours...and even after they admit they are in the wrong they continue to send me bills. Muppets. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
