Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities (CFPD)

Through a variety of services, CFPD help people of all ages who are affected by disability protect needed healthcare and income benefits, conserve assets and enhance their quality of life.

This service provides individual and pooled supplemental needs trusts (as a way to set aside money and still qualify for Social Security and Medicaid benefits), conservatorships (court-ordered money management), trust advisory services (guidance on as-needed basis), representative payee services, Medicare set-asides counseling, and health benefits assessment.
