Provides adults 55 years and older and their families with individual, group, family and couples counseling; medication services including evaluation and follow-up services, and psychological testing; as well as education and outreach services. Services can be provided at their facility or at nursing homes.

Case management services also are available and may include benefits acquisition support, community outreach, representative payee services, and linkage to other community resources.

Fees for Payee Services:
The Social Security Administration (SSA) has authorized Representative Payee organizations to collect a fee of 10 percent of the total monthly benefits from beneficiaries, up to a maximum of $43 per month. Representative Payee organizations may collect a fee up to 10 percent of the total monthly benefits, up to a maximum of $82 per month, from beneficiaries entitled to disability benefits that have a drug addiction and/or alcoholism condition. SSA must authorize the higher $82 fee.
