Faith in Action for Cass County is happy to bring its presentations to you and your organizations any time of the year. Topics include Resilient Aging, Preparing to Care: A Key to Choice for Seniors, Stress Management for Caregivers, The Basics: Memory Loss, Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease, Radical Hospitality Creates Better Communities, and Caregiving in a Nutshell.
Faith in Action for Cass County is a community-based, nonprofit organization providing non-medical assistance to older adults, veterans, adults with disabilities, and other individuals experiencing difficult circumstances, including caregivers in need of support. Volunteers provide transportation, respite breaks for caregivers, friendly visiting or phone reassurance, light housekeeping and chore services, install grab bars and build accessibility ramps, and make connections with other local resources.
