Welcome to the Adams County Triad. The Triad is formed of Law Enforcement officers, Senior Citizens, Fire Personnel, and other senior organizations..Working together, Triad volunteers develop and implement crime prevention and education programs for older adults. Activities address crime from both a pre-victimization (preventive) standpoint and a post-victimization (victim/witness assistance) standpoint.@13@ @13@Another important component of Triad is its focus on reducing the fear of crime prevalent among older Americans by identifying misconceptions and educating older adults about criminal activity. To achieve its goals, Triad promotes and facilitates ongoing information exchange between law enforcement and the older adults they serve. @13@@13@Any senior member of Adams County is welcome to our monthly meetings.@13@@13@Triad meets at the Villas at Sunny Acres, 2515 E. 104th Ave, the Ambassador building which is the multi-story building near the east entrance of the campus.
