Door-through-door transportation for Lakewood residents 60 years or older and individuals with disabilities of any age for:
- Grocery shopping
- Volunteers of America congregate dining sites
- Medical appointments
- Various personal trips
Call 2-3 business days ahead of time; 10 business days for medical appointments.

Application Process
Contact via phone or the City of Lakewood website to obtain the registration forms. Once completed and submitted, the citizen will be entered into the system and can call to schedule rides.

Residents of Lakewood who are either age 60 or older, and/or those with a disability of any age.
Payment/Insurance Accepted
Medicaid, Private Pay, Cash, Check, Credit Card. Medicaid = HCBS funds as referred by Jefferson County Human Services.
