Via is a full-spectrum mobility manager offering paratransit, travel training and mobility options information and referral services. Via also provides a wide range of community and group educational resources related to transportation for older adults, people with disabilities and others living with mobility limitations.

Paratransit is an alternative mode of flexible passenger transportation that does not follow fixed routes or schedules. Via’s paratransit program is an on-demand, call-up, door-through-door transportation service from any origin to any destination in our service area. This is a shared ride service and schedules change daily based on where riders need to go. Drivers assist riders on and off the bus and door-through-door assistance is available on request.
