Comfort care dedicated to supporting patients with terminal illnesses, as well as their families and caregivers.
At SolAmor Hospice, our mission is to preserve each patient dignity while removing the fear associated with dying through pain management and emotional and spiritual support.
SolAmor Hospice provides a range of medical and support services, including:
licensed nurse and home health aide visits.
caregiver education, emotional and spiritual support and grief counseling.
patient-specific volunteer support.
continuous care during a crisis.
medications related to the terminal illness.
medical equipment necessary for comfort such as hospital beds, oxygen, wheelchairs, walkers, etc.
incontinent supplies.
dietary counselors and physical, occupational and speech therapists as needed.
bereavement support for at least 13 months.
We schedule routine visits during normal business hours, but nursing and support services are available at any time, including after-hours, weekends and holidays. Physicians and medical staff are on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
