Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) - Colorado assists individuals 55 years of age and older to update or gain workplace skills with the goals of finding employment - with a special emphasis on the needs of Hispanics.
Participants must be 55 and older, meet SCSEP’s poverty guidelines, and provide specified documentation to be enrolled in the program.
Eligible participants train at not-for-profit 501 (c)(3) organizations or government agencies.
Training sites are called Host Agencies.
Participants are paid every two weeks for the hours that he/she is at the Host Agency.
SCSEP is interested in hearing from agencies interested in becoming host sites.
Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, Jefferson counties
