Schlessman Family YMCA provides a wide variety of health, education and recreational programs, including: SilverSneakers Program, AFEP Program, Strength-n-Tone Classes, Ageless Fitness Class, Stretch Classes, Fit Ball Classes, and Pilates. Schlessman does not provide transport. This is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. Assistive/adapted features include wheelchair access, wheelchair accessible bathrooms, and designated parking spaces.

Hours:
Monday-Friday, 5:00am-10:00pm; Saturday, 6:30am-7:00pm; Sunday, 10:00am-6:00pm

Differ with age and marital/family status. Call for details.

Application Process:
Go to the front desk and fill out enrollment form. We do provide financial assistance for qualifying individuals.

Eligibility Requirements:
Provide financial information for scholarship.
