Kavod Senior Life

Kavod provides affordable housing for individuals 62+ or those with mobility disabilities, offering 358 1-BR and studio HUD-subsidized apartments. There is a wait list and meal plan participation is required. Exemptions are considered for the meal plan and USDA-SNAP benefits will soon be allowed (as of July 2023, check back often for status updates on SNAP). Language assistance is available, and applications can be obtained/submitted by email, mail, fax or in person.

Kavod Senior Life is open to all community members who qualify regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability or familial status. Kavod has 26 Assisted Living apartments also that are not subsidized; private pay and Medicaid are accepted.
