Real Estate Transactions and Other Business Moves in the Inland Northwest

1 Milestone Decisions Inc., a Moscow, Idaho, provider of care for people with developmental disabilities, has leased 2,000 square feet of office space in a multitenant building at 1221 W. Ironwood Drive, where it moved its Coeur d'Alene office from 3700 N. Government Way. Pat Eberlin, of Kiemle Hagood handled the transaction.

2 Coeur d'Alene based fiber optic provider Fatbeam LLC has expanded its space at 2065 W. Riverstone in Coeur d'Alene by roughly 3,000 square feet ana now occupies 6,200 square feet of leased space. Chris Schreiber and Cheryl Klein, both of Kiemle Hagood, and Gaila Condon, of Northwest Realty Group LLC, handled the transaction.

3CDA Power Yoga, a new yoga studio, has leased 2,000 square feet of retail space in a multitenant building at 2018 N. Main, in Coeur d'Alene. Chris Schreiber, Pat Eberlin, and Cheryl Klein, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

4 Lewiston, Idaho-based computer services company CDA Computer Guru has leased 1,600 square feet of retail space at 296 W Sunset, Coeur d'Alene for its second shop. Pat Eberlin, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.

5 Redbox Automated Retail LLC, the Oakbrook Terrace, lll.-based DVD, Blu-ray, and video-game rental company, has leased 1,400 square feet of warehouse space in a multitenant facility 1414 N. Fiske, where it has moved from smaller quarters at 1811 E. Holyoke. James Black III and Jim Orcutt, both of NAI Black, handled the transaction.

6 Spokane Housing Authority, an affordable housing agency, has purchased for $1.9 million a 17,000-square-foot office building, at 25 W. Nora, where it plans to move next summer from smaller quarters. Craig Soehren, of Kiemle Hagood, handled the transaction.
