WOBURN Szymanski joins Windrose at Woburn

Woburn Advocate - 12/9/2016

WOBURN — LCB Senior Living, owner and operator of the Windrose at Woburn, announced the selection of Keith Szymanski as the community’s new sales and marketing director.

The community specializes in helping residents and their families coping with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia through LCB’s Reflections Memory Care program.

Szymanski has had many years of diverse managerial experience in operations management, brand development, and sales and marketing. He has held managerial positions within the retail, production facilities, restaurant and hospitality industries throughout his lengthy career. His work experience has allowed for him to become skilled in several areas of sales and marketing, including managing budgets, meeting sales goals and brand development. Szymanski currently resides in Wilmington.

LCB’s Reflections Memory Care program is a mindful and nonpharmacological approach to promoting dignity and quality of life for older adults with memory challenges, through compassionate care and a focus on the person, not the disease. Through varied and carefully planned programs, Reflections supports and enriches the experiences that residents have on a daily basis. They are encouraged to be active members of society, to be independent, to express themselves through therapeutic engagement and to flourish.

In addition to offering cognitive programming and a range of daily services, Reflections is a secure, safe environment with its own common areas, walking courtyard, and other amenities. All programming was developed in collaboration with the Harvard Medical School, McLean Hospital, and Brigham & Women’s Hospital.
