BRIEF: Americans with Disabilities Act turns 25

July 29--This week, the Americans with Disabilities Act celebrates being the law of the land for the past quarter century.

To commemorate the 25th anniversary and to highlight disability rights, more than 100 people walked and rolled from Midtown to the south side of the Capitol on Saturday morning. The event lasted about an hour.
